Relax and renew at The Guided Meditation Group

Meditating can be especially easy and enjoyable when you are guided through the process. If you simply enjoy extra guidance, or perhaps find it challenging to stay focused on your own, this session may well suit you.

The friendly and supportive group meets on Thursdays near Chippenham, Wiltshire. It’s suitable for all abilities, and all are welcome.

We practise an easy sort of meditation. We sit in chairs, and focus on a single, life-enhancing word. There is also the opportunity to talk about whatever comes up, and to gain specific help for any questions you may have.

What happens during a session?

The Guided Meditation Group meets on Thursdays from 12.30 pm to 1.45 pm; price £8.

During the session, there’ll be opportunities to talk and swap notes. You’ll be led into a guided meditation, experiencing a period of silence, and finishing with more guidance specific to the chosen theme so that you emerge relaxed and energised.

If you’d like a quick and easy guide to meditation, you’ll find it here.

Upcoming themes

During September 2019 the theme is ‘Air’.  Sessions are on Thursdays at 12.30 pm.

How do I sign up?

You can book here. Alternatively, you can pay at the door – just let us know that you’re coming beforehand, as numbers are limited.
