Relax and renew at the Guided Meditation Group

Meditating can be especially easy and enjoyable when you are guided through the process. If you simply enjoy extra guidance, or perhaps find it challenging to stay focused on your own, this is the session for you. Relaxing, calming, and mood-clearing, you’ll leave the session feeling uplifted with renewed energy.

This group meets on Thursday  lunchtime during term-time near Chippenham, Wiltshire. It’s suitable for all abilities, and all are welcome.

We practise an easy sort of meditation. We sit in chairs, and focus on a single, life-enhancing word – a different one every week. There is also the opportunity to talk about whatever comes up, and to gain specific help for any questions you may have.

What happens during a session?

The Guided Meditation Group meets on Thursdays during term-time from 12.30 pm to 1.45 pm; price £7.50, paid at the door.

During the session, there’ll be opportunities to talk and swap notes. You’ll be led into a guided meditation, experiencing a period of silence, and finishing with more guidance specific to the theme of the week so that you emerge relaxed and energised.
