People arrive at meditation for a whole variety of reasons. If you’re struggling to get going with this valuable practice, a one-to-one consultation can be helpful.

During your session you’ll be guided to clarify your reasons for starting or resuming your own meditation practice. You’ll try out simple exercises, to help you find the right techniques for you. You’ll have the opportunity to relax with a guided meditation.

An individual consultation can help you experience first-hand the calming nature of meditation, with a clear sense of where to go next in your personal practice.

You can pay the fee of £45 for a single session here. Once you have paid, you will be contacted to find an appointment time to suit you.
