You want the benefits of meditation but don’t know where to start. Or you know how to meditate but somehow, you never find time for it. Or you’re feeling stressed and your doctor has mentioned meditation can be calming and lower blood pressure, so you’re ready to give it a go. If any of the above apply to you, a one-to-one session could be exactly what you are looking for.

People arrive at meditation for a whole variety of reasons. If you’re struggling to get going with this valuable practice, a one-to-one consultation can be helpful.

What happens during a consultation?

During your session I’ll help you clarify your reasons for starting or resuming your own meditation practice. I’ll give you simple exercises to try out, to help you find the right techniques for you. I’ll coach you through different techniques and help you to relax with a bespoke guided meditation. I’ll help you to identify any physchological blocks or patterns of resistance, and give you strategies to overcome these.

You will leave having experienced first-hand the calming, even blissful nature of meditation, with a clear sense of where to go next in your personal practice.

How do I book up?

You can pay the fee of £45 for a single session here. Once you have paid, I will contact you to find an appointment time to suit you.

There is also an option to pre-book six sessions for the price of five – useful for sustained support over several months.
