L1060843At the Studio, we harvest from nature to make culinary dishes, herbal teas, flower and fruit cordials, natural skincare products, and a host of other lovely products.

Naturecraft sessions will often be arranged at fairly short notice to catch harvests at their very best.

We haven’t had many lately, but here is a taster of last year’s themes.

Join us for a meadowtation

L1070594 July 2015

Meet at the bridleway sign in the cul-de-sac just off the A342/A4 junction. We’ll walk across a couple of fields and over a babbling brook to reach a meadow that is perfect for meditation. Wear walking boots or trainers. Bring a water bottle and maybe a small blanket or waterproof coat to sit on. This is a lovely way to finish our term’s activities and to celebrate some great inner work achievements.

This is a free event.

Make a lavender moisturising cream

L1080186September 2015

Make your own skin-enriching moisturing cream. We’ll draw on the combined magic of shea butter and rosehip oil, and add skin-soothing lavender essential oil, made in the Studio. You’ll learn the important principles of combining oils and water in skincare products, and go home with a jar of natural goodness for your skin.
