Learn the best way to meditate for you

If you’re struggling to get going with this valuable practice or simply want more calm in your life a one-to-one consultation can be helpful. Up until 31st January 2021, availability permitting, there will be no fee for this service which will take place via Zoom. Instead you will be encouraged to make a donation to a charity of your choice. You can opt for a one-to-one session or, if you prefer, join up with up to three friends for a session.

During your session you’ll be guided to clarify your reasons for starting or resuming your own meditation practice. You may try out simple exercises, to help you find the right techniques for you. You’ll also have the opportunity to relax with a guided meditation.

A session can help you experience first-hand the calming nature of meditation, with a clear sense of where to go next in your personal practice.
